Tom Jozwiak is a seasoned information security professional with extensive experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Identity and Access Management (IAM), and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). Currently serving as the Director of IGA Security Engineering at Okta since July 2025, Tom leads a team of senior IGA security engineers. Previously, Tom held significant leadership roles at Aviva Canada as Associate Vice President of IAM, Sun Life as Director of Global IAM, Flutter Entertainment as Department Head of IAM, and other prominent organizations. Tom possesses multiple certifications, including CISSP, CCSP, CISA, CISM, CRISC, and CGEIT, reflecting a strong commitment to advancing security practices in diverse business environments.
