Rafael Edelmann

Rafael Edelmann is an accomplished legal and compliance professional currently serving as the Legal, Governance, Risks and Compliance Director for OKTO in Brazil since January 2023. In this role, Rafael oversees the legal and compliance aspects of a regulated entity, including leading M&A activities, designing regulatory programs, and managing enterprise risk frameworks.
