Thomas Georgopoulos

Thomas Georgopoulos has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Thomas is currently the Director of Operations at OKTO since January 2020. Prior to this, they worked at NETLINK S.A. where they held various positions including Chief Information Officer from August 2016 to January 2020, IT Security Officer from August 2016 to December 2019, and IT Department Head from September 2006 to August 2016.

Before joining NETLINK S.A., Thomas worked at SingularLogic as a Software Architect and Project Manager from September 2004 to September 2006. Thomas also had previous roles at SingularLogic as Chief Analyst from September 2002 to September 2003, Software Project Development Manager from October 1999 to September 2002, and Senior Software Engineer from September 1997 to September 1999.

Additionally, Thomas worked at Crypto SA as a Senior Software Engineer from January 1996 to August 1997, and at Computer Logic as a Software Engineer from September 1994 to January 1996.

Thomas Georgopoulos began their education in 1987 at the National Technical University of Athens, where they pursued a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering. Thomas completed their studies in 1992. Thomas then returned to the university in 1998 to pursue further education in TechnoEconomic Systems. Thomas obtained a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the National Technical University of Athens in 2000.
