Andrée Goldsmith

Andrée Goldsmith is currently the Deputy General Counsel and Head of Legal for the US at OKX, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Kraken Digital Asset Exchange, including Senior Regulatory Strategy Counsel and Associate General Counsel, Regulatory, from 2021 to 2023. They also served as Special Counsel at the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission from 2015 to 2021 and were an Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison from 2009 to 2014. Andrée earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School and is currently pursuing a B.A. with distinction at McGill University.
