David Renold

David Renold is the CEO of OKX Ireland as of February 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at leading financial and cryptocurrency firms. At Coinbase, from August 2019 to February 2023, David held multiple key positions including Operations Lead for E-Money and COO of Coinbase Ireland Limited, focusing on client services and compliance operations. Prior to Coinbase, David was the Head of Operations at Odyssean Fund, where operations for a crypto arbitrage fund were established while ensuring regulatory compliance. David's career began at UBS, where a 20-year tenure involved significant roles including Head of International Payments and regional management positions across multiple countries, where operational efficiencies and cost reductions were successfully achieved. David holds various educational qualifications, including a Professional Certificate in Blockchain Fundamentals from edX and a Swiss Federal Certificate in Commercial Banking from EPFL.
