Donald Chan is an experienced engineering professional with a background in quality assurance and system assurance. With a Bachelor's degree in Total Quality Engineering from City University of Hong Kong, Donald began a career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Keysoc Limited from August 2017 to October 2019. Following that role, Donald worked at The Hong Kong Jockey Club as an Engineer (System Assurance) from February 2020 to May 2022. Donald continued to build expertise in quality assurance roles at Crypto.com as a Quality Assurance Engineer from May 2022 to February 2023, and briefly at Lenovo PCCW Solutions as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Senior Quality Assurance Analyst in March 2023.
