Elwin Chua is a seasoned blockchain and smart contract developer currently working as a Senior Smart Contract Developer at OKX since November 2023. Previously, Elwin co-founded and served as CTO of LeapFi, focusing on innovative DeFi solutions, and held positions at GameFi and DeFi, where responsibilities included building private blockchains, conducting smart contract audits, and optimizing smart contract functionality. Elwin began a career in high-frequency trading and quantitative analysis, working with APEX International Financial Engineering and VICI Technology, and developed auto trading systems utilizing machine learning from 2015 to 2020. Elwin Chua holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Geophysics and Geosciences from National Taiwan University.
