Currently serving in a trusted advisory role at OKX as Leadership Development, Jack coaches leaders to uncover their potential in handling diverse situations. Previously, Jack worked as Learning Lead at Twitter, where the focus was on executing global learning strategies tailored for APAC customer teams. As APAC Regional Director for Leadership Development at Essence, key responsibilities included designing and delivering impactful learning and development programs.
