Janet Mi currently serves as the Director of Leadership Development for the Americas and EMEA at OKX, providing coaching and partnership to leaders across the U.S. Previously, Janet worked as a Talent Development Consultant and Coach at Milestone, focusing on experiential learning for leadership and organizational culture. As VP of People, Operations, and Community at Green Monday, responsibilities included overseeing human resources and community engagement for a sustainability-focused start-up. Janet's experience also includes directing consulting services for Asia Pacific at Aperian Global, leading talent management initiatives at Apple Retail in Greater China, and contributing to leadership consulting at Korn/Ferry International. Janet began the professional journey at Robert Walters, establishing the HR recruitment desk in the region. Janet holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
