Jiyan Li, CCP, is an experienced human resources professional specializing in compensation and total rewards. Currently serving as VP and Head of Global Center of Excellence at OKX since September 2022, Jiyan previously held significant roles at Alibaba Group, where responsibilities included leading Total Rewards for Tmall Taobao and Central Functions.
