Joey Ng is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a strong focus on product design and engineering roles. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager for OKX, Joey leads efforts in finding top talent for the Product Design team. Prior experience includes a secondment at Google where Joey developed the fair consideration framework, managed recruitment for various business functions across the APAC region, and specialized in Cloud Customer Engineering roles. Previously at Media.Monks, Joey held roles from Talent Acquisition Manager to Senior Manager, overseeing recruitment strategies across APAC and successfully launching initiatives to enhance hiring processes. With a foundational career starting in education and recruitment consultancy, Joey has built a robust expertise in UX and design recruitment, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of London.
