Jonathan Brockmeier

Jonathan B. is a seasoned compliance executive with extensive experience in the fintech sector. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at OKX since April 2025, Jonathan previously held the same title at Zepz, overseeing a team focused on governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance from January 2021 to April 2025. Prior experience includes establishing the compliance function for Thunes in the Americas, directing compliance for a Singapore-based fintech unicorn, and advising on compliance and legal strategy during a significant acquisition by Mastercard while at Arcus. Jonathan began their career as Chief Compliance Officer at Quberu, Inc., a San Francisco-based MSB and B2B trade platform. Jonathan holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
