Kenneth Lim

Kenneth Lim is a Deputy General Counsel and the Global Head of Product Legal at OKX, currently focusing on crypto-related advisory work. A native Mandarin speaker, Kenneth previously served as a Director in the Corporate Department of a US-based international law firm and as a Partner at Rajah & Tann Myanmar, advising on foreign direct investments. With extensive experience in M&A and a background as the Head of Enterprise Risk Management for APAC at Exyte, Kenneth has worked closely with various regulators and C-suite executives. Additionally, Kenneth is an entrepreneur who founded several businesses and has contributed to community initiatives as a volunteer with the Tanjong Pagar Town Council and other organizations. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Singapore.
