Luke Hebbes

Luke Hebbes is a seasoned risk and cyber security leader with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as UK CISO at OKX and a Principal Information Security Consultant at Cyberici, they previously held key positions such as Director of Business Information Security at LSEG and Head of Risk & Cyber Security at HSBC. Luke's academic background includes a BEng in Electronics with Computing & Business, an MSc in Data Communications, and a PhD in Turbo Codes for Real-time Applications, all from Kingston University. They have also contributed to academia as a Senior Lecturer and Visiting Academic, focusing on topics such as cryptography and network security.
