Marissa Liu

Marissa Liu is a Senior Compliance Analyst at OKX since July 2024, where responsibilities include managing internal compliance investigations and developing compliance programs addressing anti-bribery, corruption initiatives, and other matters. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at the University of California Office of the President, assisting with charitable donations and researching tax compliance, and as a Legal Intern at Mercury, focusing on regulatory research and product counseling. Marissa also worked as a Student Associate at the Entrepreneurs' Law Clinic at Santa Clara University School of Law, providing legal advice and assistance to startups. Marissa holds a Doctor of Law (JD) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Santa Clara University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations from Brigham Young University.
