Mark Wetjen

Mark Wetjen currently serves as the Global Head of Policy and Regulatory Affairs at OKX since July 2025. Wetjen also holds a position as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Smyth Endowment Fund, providing oversight on investment practices and fundraising efforts since June 2024. Previously, Wetjen was a Partner at Dentons from August 2024 to July 2025 and served as a Senior Advisor at Patomak Global Partners, advising on policy, regulatory, and compliance issues related to capital markets, fintech, and commodities from May 2023 to August 2024. Additionally, Wetjen was the Chief Executive Officer of Logus Advisory LLC, leading a consulting firm focused on strategic advice in financial markets, commodities, and technology from March 2023 to August 2024. Wetjen earned a J.D. from the University of Iowa College of Law and a degree from Creighton University.
