Michael Casper

Michael Casper is a seasoned cybersecurity leader currently serving as the Americas CISO at OKX. With 14 years of experience, they have demonstrated expertise in security strategy design and have led cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments. Michael founded and scaled Roblox's application security team and held various roles there, including Engineering Manager and Senior Engineering Manager of Application Security. Prior to this, they gained valuable experience as a Vulnerability and Forensics Analyst with the United States Department of Defense and completed an internship at SAIC. Michael is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
