Minky Kim

Minky (Min Keong) Kim currently serves as Associate General Counsel at OKX, focusing on dispute resolution, law enforcement, and regulatory matters since March 2023. Prior to this role, Minky was an Associate at Loeb & Loeb LLP, specializing in corporate finance and debt capital markets from July 2022 to March 2023. Minky has extensive litigation experience from a tenure at Robertsons, where responsibilities included managing commercial and employment disputes, as well as handling injunctions. Earlier experience includes roles as a trainee solicitor handling corporate and intellectual property matters, and positions as a litigation paralegal. Minky's education includes a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Warwick, a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from The University of Hong Kong, and completion of the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
