Oliver Morgans

Oliver Morgans is the UK Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) at OKX since December 2023. Previously, Oliver held the position of Head of Compliance and MLRO at UPHOLD EUROPE LIMITED from October 2021 to December 2023, and served as Head of Compliance at Monolith from March 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Manager at Grant Thornton LLP, Principal Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, Senior Policy Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority, and Senior Policy Advocate at Consumer Focus. Oliver holds a Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of Cambridge and two Master's degrees from The University of Edinburgh, one in African Studies.
