Steven Gilbert

Steven Gilbert is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Compliance Manager for Regulatory Compliance (EMEA) and Head of Compliance & MLRO at OKX since January 2023, Steven has previously held key positions including MLRO at Gate.io, Head of Compliance & MLRO at Q500 and Whitmill, and Regulatory Officer at the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. Steven began a career in the gaming and financial sectors, with earlier roles at bet365, Ladbrokes, and BetVictor. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Leeds Beckett University, earned between 2007 and 2010.
