Will Bass

Will Bass is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Assistant General Counsel and Global Head of Token Listings at OKX since August 2024. Prior to this role, Will held various positions in legal and compliance at Chime from February 2020 to July 2024, advancing from Associate to Senior Associate. Will co-founded Cypher Capital LLC where responsibilities included serving as a Legal Advisor from January 2017 to December 2020. Additional experience includes serving as an Associate Attorney in digital assets at Cole-Frieman & Mallon LLP and in antitrust class actions at Berman Tabacco, where Will began as a Summer Associate. Will holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Sonoma State University, graduating with honors in both.
