Wilson Lin

Wilson Lin serves as Associate General Counsel for Product and IP at OKX, providing legal counsel on Web3, blockchain, AI, and payment products while overseeing compliance and contracting processes. Previously, Lin held the position of Vice President, Legal at SoftBank Investment Advisers, managing commercial transactions and antitrust filings across multiple regions. With earlier roles at OKX and ASUS North America, Wilson focused on product development, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property matters. Lin’s legal expertise is supported by a Juris Doctor from The George Washington University Law School and a strong academic background in sociology and computer science.
