Xavier Peh is currently a Manager of Strategy Operations at OKX, focusing on crypto and Web 3 payments. Previously, they held positions at various companies including Grab, Binance, and AIA, where they contributed to significant growth and development in financial services and eCommerce. Xavier also served as an Ecommerce Consultant at Shopmatic Group and had an impactful internship at Visa, where they were recognized as the first runner-up in Visa's Business Case Challenge. Xavier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the National University of Singapore.
