Keenan Lins, EIT, currently serves as an Energy Engineer at OLA Consulting Engineers, PC, where responsibilities include providing energy engineering and commissioning services to buildings across New York State, particularly in the five boroughs. Key activities involve constructing and reviewing energy models using eQUEST, evaluating LL97 compliance for building owners, developing geothermal feasibility tools for NYC buildings, and creating mechanical and plumbing drawings with AutoCAD. Previously, Keenan worked as an Environmental Engineering Aide at Con Edison, focusing on carbon management for Steam Services, as well as engaging in research and design for a carbon utilization system. Experience also includes a tenure with Engineers Without Borders USA, contributing to water access projects in Ghana, and a laboratory internship at the University of Utah, assisting with biochemical engineering labs. Keenan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from Columbia University and has pursued additional academic experiences at The University of Auckland.

Our firm holds a Certificate of Authorization from the State of New York Education Department to provide Professional Engineering Services within the State of New York. Other technical credentials held by our staff include: LEED Accredited Professional, Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), Qualified Commissioning Provider (QCxP), Commissioning Process Management Professional (CPMP), Certified Commissioning Provider.
