Keenan Lins, EIT, currently serves as an Energy Engineer at OLA Consulting Engineers, PC, where responsibilities include providing energy engineering and commissioning services to buildings across New York State, particularly in the five boroughs. Key activities involve constructing and reviewing energy models using eQUEST, evaluating LL97 compliance for building owners, developing geothermal feasibility tools for NYC buildings, and creating mechanical and plumbing drawings with AutoCAD. Previously, Keenan worked as an Environmental Engineering Aide at Con Edison, focusing on carbon management for Steam Services, as well as engaging in research and design for a carbon utilization system.
