Ajit Patil

Ajit Patil has a strong background in manufacturing and engineering, with a focus on the food and beverage industry. Ajit was the Vice President of Manufacturing at Olam International, where they were responsible for improving operational efficiencies and creating strategies for new product development. Prior to that, they worked as a Technical Manager and Plant Manager at Olam Nigeria Ltd., where they successfully established a new manufacturing site for tomato paste processing. Before their time at Olam, Ajit worked at Hindustan Unilever Limited as an Assistance Engineering Manager, where they ensured safety and compliance standards and led the engineering team to meet supply chain commitments. Ajit also held roles as a Project Member and Manufacturing Executive during their time at Hindustan Unilever Limited.

Ajit Patil completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical at the Government College of Engineering from 1991 to 1995. Ajit has also obtained a certification in "Building and Leading Effective Teams" from Columbia University in the City of New York.
