Ma. Bernadette Roque is a seasoned packaging and production engineer with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as a Senior Production Engineer at Olam since November 2020, Ma. Bernadette focuses on establishing and updating standard operating procedures and troubleshooting production processes to ensure product quality. Previously, Ma. Bernadette held various roles at Food Innovation & Resource Centre from November 2012 to November 2020, providing consultancy and leading packaging innovation efforts. Prior experience includes a Packaging Engineer role at Mead Johnson Nutrition and a Packaging Development Engineer position at Universal Robina Corporation. Ma. Bernadette holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Management, from Mapúa University.
