Charles Ubah

Charles Ubah is an experienced production manager with a strong focus on operational excellence, currently working at Olam since October 2014. In various roles, including Production Manager and Site Olam 2.OX Operational Excellence Coordinator, Ubah has been responsible for ensuring safe production of instant noodles while enhancing safety, sustainability, quality, asset productivity, and cost efficiency. Previous positions include Focused Improvement Lead, Senior Production Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Process Engineer, demonstrating a solid background in process standardization, compliance with safety and quality standards, and team leadership for performance improvements. Ubah earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial and Production Engineering from the Federal University of Technology Owerri in 2012 and has undertaken administrative and mechanical roles earlier in the career.
