Dev Sarkar

Dev Sarkar serves as the Vice President and Group Head of Internal Communications at Olam since December 2018, overseeing internal communications and employee engagement for 86,000 employees across 66 countries while leading cultural transformation initiatives. Prior to Olam, Sarkar held the position of Senior Director and Head of Internal Communications, Campaigns, and Events at Manulife from May 2015 to November 2018, where responsibilities included strategy development and execution of internal communication efforts, as well as acting head of PR and Communications for Manulife Asia for a year. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Communications - Operations for Asia Pacific at HSBC, focusing on communication strategies for a large operations and technology team, and various roles in communication and marketing at institutions like Mphasis and Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd. Sarkar holds a BCOM degree in Banking & Finance from Ness Wadia College, Pune University.
