Halima Akintolu

Halima Akintolu, ACIPM, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Halima started their career at Cashlink Leasing Plc in 2010, where they worked as a Client Service Executive and later as a Client Service Executive/Human Resource Officer (Outsourcing). In 2012, they joined GLOBALPROFILERS (Profilers Group) as a Recruitment Consultant and later became a Senior Recruitment Consultant, managing the recruitment process and ensuring adherence to recruitment legislation. In 2015, Halima joined PZ Cussons as a Talent Manager, responsible for full life cycle recruitment, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and implementing best practices. Halima then took on the role of Recruitment Manager, where they continued to excel in creative recruitment and hiring strategies. Most recently, in 2019, Halima joined Olam as a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Lead.

Halima Akintolu, ACIPM holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Adult Education from the University of Ibadan. Halima also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Cleveland State University.
