Ishwar Dhiman

Ishwar Dhiman has extensive experience in the sugar industry, currently serving as the Head of Purchase for Olam International since December 2011, where responsibilities include purchase planning, sourcing, budgeting, negotiations, ordering, and cost control. Previously, Ishwar held the position of AGM Materials at Dalmia Chini Mills from 2006 to 2008 and worked as Manager Purchase at Titawi Sugar, part of the Mawana Sugar Group, from 2003 to 2006. Ishwar completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Panipat between 1980 and 1984.
