Joydeep Bose

Joydeep joined Olam in 2003, establishing the Human Resources function. The function has played a key role in the expansion of Olam from a privately held company with 2,500 employees, to a publicly listed company with more than 40,000 employees. Prior to joining Olam, his experience has been in the chemicals and technology industries.

Joydeep has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and an MBA from XLRI, a premier Indian business school specialising in human resources management.
