Prior to this role, Ramesh held positions at PepsiCo as General Manager Engineering and Maintenance Manager from August 2013 to December 2016, and at Pidilite Industries as Team Head-Projects at the Corporate Office from July 2011 to August 2013. Ramesh's career began at Asian Paints, where responsibilities included roles as Executive and Senior Officer in Plant Engineering, followed by a position as Executive in Engineering Services at Alembic and an Engineer at Aditya Birla Group. Ramesh completed a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, complemented by additional education in Operation Management and leadership development programs, alongside certification as a Certified Machine Safety Expert from TUV NORD.
