Richard Dosoo

Richard Dosoo has over 25 years of experience in production and operations management. Currently serving as the Production Manager at Olam International since January 2013, Richard implements production plans based on sales forecasts and ensures the plant operates at a 95% capacity level while continuously updating SAP. Previously, as a Production Administrator at Cargill from June 2008 to January 2013, Richard designed databases for operational reporting and product tracking, generated production lot numbers, and coordinated logistics to meet market demands. Richard’s career began as a Principal Industrial Engineer at Unilever Ghana Limited from September 2001 to June 2008, managing production operations and supervising skill development. Richard also worked at Research International GH from January 1998 to January 2000, where responsibilities included data collection and quality assurance. Richard holds a Master of Science in Statistics from Regent University of Science and Technology and a Diploma in Management from the University of Leicester.
