Sumanta Kumar De has extensive experience in executive leadership roles, primarily with Olam International since March 2005, where responsibilities include strategic development and operational management for businesses in the Russia-Ukraine-Belarus region. Currently serving as President/CEO and General Director of Outspan International and Rusmolco, Sumanta leads a large dairy farming and commercial agriculture enterprise, overseeing over 1,200 employees and a significant regional turnover exceeding USD 1 billion. Previous positions include Senior Vice President at Rusmolco, General Manager for Olam's business in Asia, and various management roles at Hindustan Lever Limited and Coca-Cola. Sumanta earned a PGDPM&IR in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Applied Science from St Joseph's College, Bangalore.
