Ian Rice

Ian Rice has a range of experience in finance and accounting roles. Ian is currently working as a Senior Finance Manager at Olaplex Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, Ian served as a Senior Finance Manager at Sleep Number Corporation from July 2019 to July 2022. Ian also worked as an Operations Finance Manager at Smithfield Foods from October 2015 to July 2019. Before that, Ian gained experience as a Senior Operations Financial Analyst at Flagstone Foods from November 2012 to October 2015. Ian started their career as a Senior Accountant at Apex Tool Group, LLC from November 2010 to November 2012. Ian also worked as a Senior Assurance Associate at RSM US LLP from September 2008 to November 2010.

Ian Rice attended Penn State University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting. In November 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
