Sofia Beja

Sofia Beja is currently the Senior Director of Influencer Marketing at OLAPLEX, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they had extensive experience in influencer and affiliate marketing at Nutrafol, where they served as Senior Manager, Director, and Manager. Prior to that, Sofia worked as a Digital PR and Influencer Marketing Associate at Luxury Brand Partners, LLC, and held roles at Inditex, Coral Trade ATK, and Ace Marketing Inc. Sofia earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from American University in 2013.
