Trisha Fox

Trisha Fox has a extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Trisha is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Olaplex Inc. since May 2023. Before that, they worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Whole Earth Brands starting January 2021. From 2016 to 2020, Trisha held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Viad Corp, where they provided strategic and operational guidance to a team of 50 HR staff, supporting a global workforce of 5,000 employees. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Fifth Third Bank, where they oversaw human capital teams for a northern U.S. region and later for the Greater Chicago Region. Trisha also worked as a Senior HR Director at Dean Foods and as a Human Resources Director at PepsiCo, where they gained expertise in talent management, organizational design, change leadership, and employee development. Trisha began their career in the HR field at Shell Oil Company, where they participated in the leadership development program and served as an HR business partner. With their range of experience and expertise, Trisha has a strong background in strategic HR leadership, talent management, organizational design, and cultural transformation.

Trisha Fox completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they attended from 1987 to 1991. Later, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, attending from 1991 to 1992.
