Frédéric ABALAIN has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Frédéric began their career at Alcatel/Jabil as a Production Quality specialist responsible for the industrialization of a new PABX. Frédéric then moved on to Thomson Telecom, where they served as a Quality Project Engineer and later became the Customer Care/Hotline Manager.

In 2007, Frédéric joined SIEMENS as a Regional Customer Care and Quality Manager, focusing on residential phones, set-top box, and broadband products. After their time at SIEMENS, they joined Ingenico as a Repair Manager and later became an SMT Process Engineer.

Most recently, Frédéric has been working at Olaqin, where they initially served as an Operations Quality Manager. Frédéric then transitioned to the role of Indirect Buyer, where they managed the supplier portfolio for various services and products. Currently, they hold the position of Supplier Relations and Sales Administration Manager at Olaqin.

Throughout their career, Frédéric has demonstrated expertise in operations quality, customer care, project management, and supplier relations.

Frédéric ABALAIN completed their education in a chronological order. Frédéric started their studies at Lycée Vauban Brest from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a BTS degree in Industrial Mechanisms and Automatisms. Following this, they attended École Nationale Supérieure des Mines de Saint-Étienne from 2000 to 2003, where they obtained a BAC+5 degree in Industrial Automations Engineering.
