Established in 1999 and with offices in London, Sussex and Surrey, Old Bailey Solicitors has built a reputation for providing expert legal advice and representation to companies and individuals facing criminal or regulatory investigations and prosecutions.

We represent those accused of the most complex and serious allegations, ranging from large HMRC, VAT and MTIC frauds, to murder, corporate manslaughter and allegations of historic sexual offences.

Old Bailey Solicitors attract high calibre work from professional clients who seek the pedigree of leading law firms at a more affordable cost. We have vast experience of dealing with complex, heavy weight cases on behalf of professional clients with limited or no experience of the justice system and, as a result, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding levels of client care and guiding those with little or no experience of the system through it, whilst managing expectations and achieving good results.

As a firm, we have established a solid reputation amongst other professionals and receive a large amount of referral work as a result.

We have drawn together a team of lawyers to be proud of, many of whom have been with us for a number of years. Our team is large enough to cope with the complex and serious criminal cases that the firm attracts, yet small enough to provide a tailored, personal and caring service. Take a look at the endless testimonials on our website (https://www.oblaw.co.uk/) which speak of the effort, expertise and kindness we pay to our clients and their cases.
