Emma Coleman

Emma Coleman is an accomplished recruitment professional with extensive experience in various roles within talent acquisition across multiple industries. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at Old Mill since April 2019, Emma spearheads recruitment efforts for a progressive accountancy practice in the South West. Previous positions include Recruitment Review Volunteer for Cystic Fibrosis Trust, Recruitment Researcher at Foot Anstey LLP, Resource Manager at Harmonic Limited, Recruitment Manager at Screwfix Direct, and UK Resourcing Specialist at WSP Group. Emma began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Reed and later at Sheridan Maine. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics with Psychology from Kingston University, completed in 1999.
