Katie Smith

Katie Smith has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent position being the Head of HR at Old Mill since September 2019. Prior to that, they held the role of Senior HR Business Partner at Old Mill from December 2017 to September 2019. Katie also worked as an HR Business Partner at LV= from September 2014 until their most recent position. Before that, they had multiple roles at New Look, including HR Business Partner, HR Operations Manager, HR Manager, Reward Analyst, HR & Recruitment Officer, and HR Administrator, spanning from November 2006 to September 2014. Katie began their career as a Police Officer at Thames Valley Police from November 2005 to October 2006.
