Stephen Martin is a highly experienced tax professional, currently serving as a Tax Partner and Corporate Tax Director at Old Mill since March 2021. Previously, Stephen held the position of Tax Director and Senior Tax Manager at Bishop Fleming Chartered Accountants from April 2016 to March 2021, and served as Associate Director of Business Tax at Moore Stephens for a brief period in late 2015. With a strong background in domestic and international tax advice focused on owner-managed businesses, Stephen is recognized as an expert in share schemes and share valuations for tax purposes. Earlier roles include Business Tax Manager and Business Tax Assistant Manager at Moore Stephens, where Stephen managed a diverse client portfolio across various sectors including financial services, real estate, shipping, manufacturing, and hotel and leisure. Stephen holds an ACA qualification from ICAEW and a 2:1 degree in History from Durham University.
