Gerald Randall

Gerald Randall is currently the Group Chief Executive Officer at Old Mutual Botswana, overseeing the operations and profitability of a portfolio of companies. With extensive experience at Old Mutual since 2015, Randall held various senior roles including Head of Distribution & Strategic Partnerships and Director of multiple financial services sectors. In addition to leadership positions within Old Mutual, Randall serves on the boards of several organizations, including Sturdee Energy Botswana and the Insurance Institute of Botswana, and has played a key role in shaping the life insurance industry as Chairperson of the Association of Life Underwriters Botswana. Academic credentials include multiple executive education certifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan, Stanford University, and INSEAD, along with a BComm in Economics and Investment Management from the University of South Africa.
