Ian Luke is an accomplished professional in the field of compensation and benefits with extensive experience spanning several leading organizations. Currently serving as Reward Director at M&G Prudential since October 2018, Ian has previously held significant roles at Old Mutual as Group Head of Remuneration and Regional Head of Reward. Prior experience includes positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as SVP of EMEA Pensions & International Benefits and VP of EMEA Benefits, as well as Compensation & Benefits Director and Manager at IMS Health. Ian began a career at ORC Inc as a Compensation & Benefits Consultant and served as International Compensation & Benefits Manager at ECA International. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Sussex, earned between 1987 and 1990.
