Leonard Roux

Leonard Roux is a retired professional with extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry. They served as the Head of Old Mutual Finance and Strategic Partnerships from 2023 to 2025, and previously held roles such as Provincial General Manager and Regional General Manager at Old Mutual. Leonard began their career at Old Mutual as an Assistant Manager Administration and later became an Area Manager, overseeing financial advice to middle-income clients, and heading the Academy of Financial Advisers to support development and training. They hold an MBA focused on Recruitment and Selection in the Financial Services Industry from UNISA and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from UOFS.
