Reynhardt Uys is the Head of Design for Goals, Rewards, and Digital at Old Mutual Limited, bringing over 20 years of experience in UX and digital product design. Having started their career as a pioneer in UX in South Africa, they have led multi-disciplinary teams across various sectors, including banking, insurance, and healthcare. As an independent consultant, Reynhardt provided strategic advisory services and recently co-founded Fringe Studios, which focuses on innovation for organizations and start-ups. They hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Business Finance from the University of the Witwatersrand.
