Roxana Naicker

Roxana Naicker has extensive experience at Old Mutual since October 2019, currently serving as a Member Electee on the Joint Management Committee, focusing on governance and oversight of retirement benefits. Previously, Roxana held several roles including Senior Forensic Consultant Team Leader, leading forensic investigations and mentoring team members, and as a Product Specialist - Fraud Analyst, specializing in fraud detection and risk mitigation. Roxana's career began as a Forensic Assistant at Old Mutual South Africa from February 2012 to September 2019. Roxana holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of South Africa and a program in Forensic and Investigative Auditing, with additional training from the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA).
