Shiham Jaffer

Shiham Jaffer is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in campaign management and customer engagement. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing Campaigns and Engagement at Old Mutual Limited since June 2020, Shiham has previously held key marketing roles at Santam Insurance, Old Mutual South Africa, The Jupiter Drawing Room, and Ogilvy. Educational qualifications include a BA in Media & Writing from the University of Cape Town, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from UNISA, and multiple associate degrees in Business Administration from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan, Columbia Business School, and ESCP Business School. Shiham is currently pursuing further education at the Graduate School of Business at the University of Cape Town.
