Zureida Ebrahim

Zureida Ebrahim is the current COO at Old Mutual. Zureida has held this position since March of 2022. Prior to their current role, they were the CEO of Client Engagement Solutions at MMI Holdings Limited from August of 2014 to March of 2022. In this role, they were responsible for Multiply Wellness and Rewards, Transactional Banking, and Momentum iX.

Before their time at MMI Holdings Limited, Zureida was the Head of Momentum Client from August of 2005 to July of 2014. In this role, they were responsible for customer service and strategic customer management. Zureida was also the Head of Employer Services from August of 2004 to June of 2005 where they managed the employee benefits operations.

Zureida started their career at Nashua Mobile in January of 1999 as an Insurance Agent/Contract Processing Agent. Zureida eventually became the Senior Operations Manager in which role they set up and managed the Premier Service Centre for large corporates and managed the operational implementation of large contracts.

Zureida Ebrahim has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of the Witwatersrand in Economics and Law. Zureida also has a Management Advancement Programme from Wits Business School.

They work with Casper Troskie - CFO, Maserame Mouyeme - Corporate Affairs Director, and Richard Treagus - Chief Risk Officer. Zureida Ebrahim reports to Iain Williamson, CEO.
