Kristopher Hoffmann

Kristopher Hoffmann has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Kristopher started their career in 2001 at Blount, where they served as a Team Lead Coordinator, overseeing employees and responsibilities in the In Process Value Stream. Kristopher also played a crucial role in scheduling and production in the Heat Treat department, implementing organizational tools and standard work practices. In 2012, they took on the role of Continuous Improvement Specialist at Blount before leaving in 2014. Kristopher then joined Mutual Materials Company in 2018 as a Plant Manager, a position they held until 2020. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Oldcastle Infrastructure, where they started in 2020.

Kristopher Hoffmann attended Western Governors University from 2017 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Business Management.
